For years, I helped others grow. I led teams, fueled talent and talked about leadership… until I understood that true change isn’t managed—it’s accompanied.

After more than 15 years leading global HR projects across seven countries, I realized the future of leadership isn’t about choosing between people or technology, but integrating both to unlock true human potential. From that vision, Tech®Rebel was born: a way to unite strategy, innovation and human development to create authentic leaders capable of transforming from the inside out.

The moment that changed everything

My first contact with coaching was in a program for executive women. Coming from a world of processes, KPIs and tough decisions, I found myself facing something that couldn’t be measured: awareness.

I remember a leader to whom I had to give very difficult feedback. For the first time, I put the reports aside and spoke from honesty. That conversation didn’t just transform her leadership—it transformed mine. I understood that power isn’t in telling someone what to do, but in accompanying them to see what they cannot see alone. That was my click. And that’s how my path as an executive coach began.

From managing to accompanying

I’ve led complex transformations, built People functions from scratch and supported teams through critical moments: layoffs, mergers, international expansions. In each experience I learned that what truly moves an organization isn’t the processes, but the awareness of those who lead it.

I learned that an honest conversation can change more than a corporate policy. That leadership isn’t about control, but creating clarity. And that coaching is the bridge between outcome and purpose.

Values & purpose

Working with people from different countries and cultures taught me that diversity isn’t controlled—it’s honored. The sea calms me, the mountain inspires me, and I’m committed to teaching my daughter that respecting the environment is also a form of conscious rebellion.

My purpose is clear: to humanize the technological revolution. To show that when AI and coaching are integrated with purpose, organizations don’t just evolve—they thrive.

Today I accompany leaders and teams seeking clarity amidst noise, balance between purpose and results, and the courage to lead from their essence.
